Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms is to set out the conditions and procedures for using the website (hereinafter the "Site") operated by [VOLTA AUTOMATION Co., Ltd.] (hereinafter the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and its users.
Article 2 (Definitions)

2. If no agreement is reached, the competent court shall be the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office.
